Chester's real estate career began in 1981 following extensive employment in various capacities in the construction industry.

He is a member of the London & St. Thomas Association of Realtors as well as a member of the London Home Builder's Association.

Chester's project management skills combined with his keen interest in new home construction prompted him to acquire his Builder's license and broaden the scope of his knowledge base.  He recently acquired the Accredited Senior Agent designation to offer his clients a full range of services in transition management.

In addition to his talents in promotion, sales & marketing, Chester excels in statistical analysis and market research enabling him to quickly interpret data and make recommendations to his clients.

Randy brings the energy and innovation of second generation enthusiasm to the family business.

Upon successfully obtaining his real estate license in 1996, Randy became a member of the London & St. Thomas Association of Realtors.  In 2003 he furthered his training by obtaining his Broker's license.  Recently, he "earned his stripes" and is certified as an Accredited Senior Agent to provide his clients with a broad range of services in transition management.

Randy also has an affinity for new home construction and sales.  He obtained his certification as a New Homes Sales Professional and is a long time member of the London Home Builder's Association.

He has a success record of accomplishments in new homes and condominium projects in addition to his experience in residential resale, investment properties, vacant land, recreation and farm properties.

His extensive market knowledge combined with his ability to understand and manage client expectations has contributed to his success.

Randy's community involvement led him to research and locate a suitable building site for the Women Build 2007 Habitat for Humanity.
